If lists of laws weren’t boring enough, the Torah now gets into detailed building instructions for the temporary sanctuary that Bnei Yisrael carry with them through the desert.  Other than this being almost a carbon copy of part of my Bar Mitzvah parsha (coming up in a couple weeks), it is very hard for me to really connect with this part of the Torah (I can’t imagine it will be much easier with Vayikra), as my haiku this week makes clear:
